Born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji developed an early passion for ministry and communication through church drama from childhood. That foundation later expanded into leadership development, teaching, writing, coaching, and organizational strategy.
He studied Economics at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he served actively in Christian fellowship life through drama, ushering, and teaching roles. His formation continued through leadership responsibility during the National Youth Service year and further theological training afterward.
Today, his work spans consulting, ministry, institution-building, media, and discipleship, with a consistent emphasis on clarity, values, execution, transformation, and Christ-centered leadership.
